This is a student conference. The suggested age range is middle school through college. If you have a student that does not fit this age range, we trust your judgment. We will not be carding at the door. 🙂
Yes, adults are welcome. We do ask that you bring at least one student with you.
Your registration price covers the cost of the event and includes a REALITY student notebook for each attendee.
You will be on your own for lunch. Some venues may offer an on-site option. We will also provide a list of restaurant suggestions when you arrive.
Some of the locations will be live streamed. Check the registration page for your location for details.
Unfortunately, we do not provide accommodation for persons who are Deaf/hard of hearing.
reTHINK came in conflict with an existing trademark. Therefore, we decided to change our name to STR's Reality Conference.
We have made every effort to keep the cost low so that anyone that would like to attend can. We do not offer group discounts. In the event that someone from your group has a financial need, please let us know as we are happy to assist where we can.
REALITY is a “rain or shine” event. If the event occurs as scheduled we cannot provide a refund if you are unable to attend. In the rare incident that weather or other act of nature prevents our ability to present Reality, we will make every effort possible to reschedule the event, and your registration will be transferred to the rescheduled event. If we are unable to reschedule, we will provide a refund to your group or apply any funds paid toward future events.
There is not assigned seating. However, if you have a group of 25 people or more please contact Dawnielle Hodgman at dawnielle@str.org so that we can add you to our group seating list. We don’t reserve seats for groups, but instead we invite them into the sanctuary 5 minutes before regular seating begins. To ensure your group is ready for this, please arrive and register by 5 p.m. for entry at 5:10 p.m.
We kindly request that seats aren’t saved, as it helps create a fair experience for all attendees and minimizes distractions for our speakers when rows aren’t left empty. Thanks for understanding!
